Larder is a smart kitchen and meal planning application developed and operated from the United Arab Emirates. References to "Larder", "we", "us" or "our" in this policy refer to the Larder app and its operating team. Our app is available internationally and this Privacy Policy applies to all users regardless of location.

Larder operates from the UAE and uses cloud infrastructure that may process data in multiple countries. We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

Our mobile app does not use browser cookies. We use anonymised analytics tools to understand how users interact with the app. You can opt out of analytics tracking in your app settings at any time.
Our website (mylarder.co) uses essential cookies to function correctly and, with your consent, analytics cookies to improve the site experience. You can manage cookie preferences via the banner on your first visit.
10. Children's Privacy
Larder is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at hello@mylarder.co and we will delete it promptly.
In the UAE, in accordance with applicable regulations, users must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use the app.
11. Security
We take the security of your data seriously. We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and access controls to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of Larder after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
